These Terms of Service govern your use of the mailmate platform operated by Mailmate, Ltd., a company registered in Ireland.

By accessing or using mailmate, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

mailmate provides white-label transactional email relay infrastructure for operators (MSPs, agencies, hosting providers) who resell or provide email services to their end-customers (tenants).

2. Operator Responsibilities

As an operator, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your tenants comply with applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Not using mailmate to send unsolicited bulk email
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information
• All actions taken under your account credentials

3. Acceptable Use

mailmate is for transactional email only. This includes:

• Password resets and authentication emails
• Transactional notifications
• Invoice and receipt emails
• System alerts and status notifications

Marketing email, bulk email, and newsletters are not permitted.
